Dr Mark Savage

Mark has 44 years experience, the last 35 in General Practice with previous military and industrial medicine, emergency department and Commonwealth Medical Officer positions.

Mark likes all areas of traditional General Practice. He performs minor surgery and diagnoses and treats skin cancers including serious malignancies when excessive delays elsewhere may be detrimental.

He has cared for many hundreds of nursing home patients with their often very complicated multiple illnesses.

As a former soldier, he has been able to help meet the urgent need for sympathetic care for military Veterans. He has given radio interviews about vaccination and Men’s Health.

Outside work, Mark is a self taught workshop hobbyist. He has won national and state championships in his preferred sport, also loves photography, reading poetry to an audience, and keeps fit cycling.
